The Daniel Roth Vantage Metropolitan can display the second time zone and up to 24 different countries. It features an automatic movement using the DR700/21 caliber with a 42 hour power reserve. There are 26 jewels and a vibration frequency of 28,800 vph.
The case is made of stainless steel and has a distinctive double oval shape. Its dimensions are 41mm x 38mm with a thickness of 11.7mm. Curved sapphire crystal. There are two correctors at 8 and 10 o’clock for the summer/winter time change.
It has a rectangular pusher at 4 that turns the hour hands of 24 different time zones indicated by two window displays at 6 and 12. Water resistance is 30 meters.
The dial is silver or pink. It features a guilloché pattern depicting sun rays from the center of the dial which also features a stamped world map.
There is an hour ring in the middle part of the dial. It has luminous Arabic numerals as well as a printed minute track with five minute graduations.
Its arrow-pointed central hands come in blued-steel (silver enamel) or rose-steel (pink enamel). There are two windows above 12 and below 6 indicating two opposite locations on the surface of the globe.
The actual time zone is displayed at 6. Another window at 12 indicates the time zone displayed in AM or PM.
Both versions are available on a black alligator leather strap with folding buckle or bracelet.
